Aufgaben:
- Support the recruitment process: create job postings, screen applications, coordinate interviews
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees
- Take part in exciting HR projects, including:
- Implementation of the Bob Hiring Module (our HR System)
- Introduction and communication of employee benefits
- Optimization of HR processes and digital tools
- Strengthening internal communication and employee engagement
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases
- Contribute to employer branding and HR marketing initiatives
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Qualifikationen:
- Enrollment in a university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- First practical experience in HR or a related area
- Strong interest in people-related topics and human resources management
- Well-developed organizational skills and a proactive working style
- High level of reliability, accuracy, and motivation to learn
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
